Inspired by the William Morris pattern and the habit most blackbirds have, of helping themselves to my garden strawberries. This delicate design, with its pin pricked strawberries, is a pretty to homage to summer. Strawberries and their flowers weave in and out of a heart, while a hungry bird surveys the feast laid out before it.
Mounted onto soft wedgewood coloured backing paper and ready to frame in an 8x8 inch frame.
